FAQ
1. Will I be notified when my order ships? Yes, if you ordered online or provided us with an email address at the time of your order, you will receive an email automatically from UPS when we ship your order that will have your tracking number.

2. What are your shipping charges? Our shipping charges are based on an estimated shipping weight of our products. Some of our products, because of their size are charged dimensional weight rather than actual weight (frames and fenders are 2 examples). Our shipping charges are as follows :
0-5 pounds : $9.95
5-10 pounds : $15.95
10-20 pounds : $24.95
20-30 pounds : $29.95
30-40 pounds : $39.95
40-50 pounds : $44.95
50-100 pounds : $69.95
100-200 pounds : $99.95
200-300 pounds : $199.95
300+ pounds - quoted at time of order
All prices above are for shipping in the continental US and all packages are generally shipped by UPS.

3. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders to Canada will be charged an additional $15.00 for shipping packages less than 50 pounds, $30.00 for packages weighing more than 100 pounds. All countries outside North America will need to check with Twisted Choppers for an exact frieght quote.

4. Do you ship to PO Boxes? Yes, we ship to PO Boxes, but those packages will be shipped via US Postal Service and additional shipping charges may apply for insurance, signature receipt and general delivery pricing.

5. What types of payment do you take? We take all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also take money orders, certified checks, American Express Traveler's Checks and cash. We will take personal checks, but we will wait 10 days after reciept for the check to clear before we process your order. Because of the custom and build to order nature of most of our business, we will charge your card at the time the order is placed. However, if a typically in stock item is backordered, we will not charge your card until the order is shipped.

6. How do I cancel an order? If you have ordered a stock part or apparel and wish to cancel your order prior to shipment, please call us at 605.498.0105, fax to 605.498.1105 or mail to us at 27085 S Tallgrass Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57108. Stock parts and apparel orders can be canceled any time prior to shipment. Custom part orders, custom motorcycle orders, frame orders, wheel and wheel accessory orders and gas tank orders cannot be cancelled after 72 hours of being placed.

7. How long does it take to get my order? Most orders of in stock and standard parts are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Standard shipping from South Dakota to most of the continental US is anywhere from 1-5 working days. Expedited services are available upon request and for an additional fee. Custom products, such as frames, gas tanks, rolling chassis and others can take 4-6 weeks or the quoted time when your order is placed. Please note, all orders are charged at the time the order is placed and are filled in the same order.
